Just minutes walking from Guava Grove is the Sandy Bay Windsurf school; when the wind is right these shallow waters are a terrific place to learn to glide over the water.

Hike through Carambola Nature Gardens.

Home to the highest point on Roatan, on a clear day you can see neighboring island Utila and Mainland Honduras.

Go for a day Trip to the East End.

Explore the Mangrove tunnels near Jonesville on the east side of the island. All-you-can-eat Surf & Turf lunches at the famous Hole in the Wall restaurant, accessible only by boat. Floating bar on a converted boat in the middle of the bay. Great spots for photos.

Get a Picture with an Iguana!

The iguana farm outside of French Harbour is home to HUNDREDS of local iguanas. Great photo ops!

Take A Boat Tour to Cayos Cochinos.

The Hog Islands are located just a few miles off the southern coast of Roatan. Home to a Marine Biological Reserve, this is a great day trip by boat.

Deep-Sea or Flats fishing.

Roatan boasts some of the best fishing in the Caribbean. Deep Sea fishing for Marlin, tuna, snapper, barracuda, or flats fishing for Bone fish and permit.
