 Guava Grove Villas offers 4 Studio Apartments for short or extented stays. Rent by the day, weekly or monthly. On site pool bar and restaurant makes cooking optional.  Just 1.5 miles outside of West End tourist hub with restaurants, bars, dives shops & tourist attractions.  These units are perfect for a single person or a couple. 

Vacation in Guava Grove, Roatan Style

  • 4 Studio/Efficiency Apartments
  • 2 Lower units with Air conditioning, Kitchen area:  microwave, refrigerator, 2 burner hot plate, kitchen sink with hot water.  Unit also has ceiling fans and windows to catch tradewinds.  Front door with covered patio entry.
  • 2 Upper Units with vaulted ceilings.  Kitchen area: four-burner gas stove w/ oven, fridge, microwave, kithchen sink with hot water.  Unit has ceiling fans and windows to catch tradewinds.  Front door with covered patio entry.
  • Private Bathroom with large tiled showers with hot & cold water.  We do not include shampoo and soap and toothpaste.  BRING YOUR OWN.
  • All units come with toaster, coffee maker, pots & fry pan, dishtowels, start-up dish soap, and basic serving/table ware.  WE DO NOT include:  spices, condiments or other food items.
  • Includes bedding and towels
  • Weekly/Monthly rental available
  • Wireless internet (available poolside for $2.00/day, $10/week, $30/mo.)
  • Daily Maid and Laundry service available upon request nominal upcharge

Guava Grove Villas:
$35 Per Night + 16% Tourism Tax based on single occupancy
$200 Per Week + 16% Tourism Tax based on single occupancy
$400 per month + 16% based on single occupancy

rates are all inclusive of power and water.  We ask our guests
to conserve energy & water through conscious useage.

Booking/Payments:  We require a credit card to reserve your room.  We accept cash of US dollars or Honduran currency Limpera, you can also pay by PayPal (please request this).  The full amount is due upon arrival. 

Cancellations:  30 days prior to booking date- full refund;  30 days-1 week - 50% refund; within one week of arrival date - no refund. 

All refunds are subject to a processing fee of 10% of the total which will be deducted from the refund.
